2020 c650gt problem taking off without warming up

I absolutely let mine warm-up a bit, though more like 10-15secs, perhaps. I test it by giving it enough throttle to 'engage', if she doesn't hiccup, I go. I have the advantage of a bit of a long driveway before I commit to haveing to plop it down onto the roadway.

    This BMW of mine.

I bought the dirt cheap, simply little Go Cruise. Works like a champ on the GT. However, I ONLY use in on the super-slab with sparse traffic. YMMV

Adding a Kymco AK550 to the stable. They are now Available in the USA

Good input, coming from Delray. I happened to accost a fellow the other day who pulled up next to my parking spot on a 2015 TMax. Turns out he's a tech for a large local independent dealer. He's prepped AKs, and ridden a demo for hundreds of miles. IHe felt that the 530cc generation TMax is...

What should i expect with a used BMW 650?

Burgman vs. the GT. Been there, done that, just as with Delray here. Compared them A/B, side-by-side. Burger is quieter, adding to it being smoother running, with a lower seat height. Kudos for the best OEM seat of the big-3 that is not a medieval torture-device, LOL. A huge lacking feature...

What should i expect with a used BMW 650?

I don't think there is any room to shave down the seat. I have a 32" inseam, and I also could flat-foot the Honda easily. I am 'almost' there on the GT with a good pair of sneakers. My low-profile sneeks let me get one flat, with ball of the foot on the other. I wouldn't discount a deal on a...

    New member welcome thread..

Greg, welcome aboard. Having put a couple thousand on a S'wing, I can definitely vouch for the GT. The handling alone, plus better braking, simply blows it away. You will find the storage 'almost' as good as the Honda. Neither seat is worthy out of the crate, but the S'wing was a medieval...

    Extra REAR light-brake lights?

SLant, thanks for posting this. I love the fact they are plain up-front about CANBUS compatibility. Dr.C, I have already recieved some SOLAS tape, and it rocks, as you've pointed out.

Has anyone done a dual headlight mod on their C650GT?

I use the flash-to-pass function to awaken those drivers perpendicular to my right. At night, I've got a crap load of the reflective 3m black-tape on the black parts, and some pieces of white solas tape, also.

    Scooter rumors/wishful thoughts?

LOL, I meant '21 which normally would've been out by now prior to Christmas.

    Brake hose recall - again?

Thanks for posting the letter. I wonder if that applies to all of us, or just certain years.

    Hello from Sussex UK

I think they're pretty slick. I have just seen the new stripped-down RYker version, and I have to say I am a bit drawn to it. Question is, are they 'fun' without leaning?
