I absolutely let mine warm-up a bit, though more like 10-15secs, perhaps. I test it by giving it enough throttle to 'engage', if she doesn't hiccup, I go. I have the advantage of a bit of a long driveway before I commit to haveing to plop it down onto the roadway.

I bought the dirt cheap, simply little Go Cruise. Works like a champ on the GT. However, I ONLY use in on the super-slab with sparse traffic. YMMV

Greg, welcome aboard. Having put a couple thousand on a S'wing, I can definitely vouch for the GT. The handling alone, plus better braking, simply blows it away. You will find the storage 'almost' as good as the Honda. Neither seat is worthy out of the crate, but the S'wing was a medieval...

SLant, thanks for posting this. I love the fact they are plain up-front about CANBUS compatibility. Dr.C, I have already recieved some SOLAS tape, and it rocks, as you've pointed out.

I use the flash-to-pass function to awaken those drivers perpendicular to my right. At night, I've got a crap load of the reflective 3m black-tape on the black parts, and some pieces of white solas tape, also.
