2018 C650GT Alarm

Just bought this. Was going to build one but they had just taken ome in on trade with 2k miles on. So I got it.
Trying to get a factory alarm with fob.
They are telling me that it only works with the key and does not come with remote access. Yet when you build one on BMW site it says remote access.
Does anyone have a factory alarm to give me any insite?

My 2018 GT has factory alarm. No fob, just the key.

Mine too(2018 model). Just the key .The dealer told me that the newer models don't have the remote control anymore.
