Cam chain slippage.

For the second time in little over a year, my cam chain slipped relative to rha cam sprocket. The first time it was repaired by a dealer. I don't care to spend another three hundred for a one year fix. Any suggestions.

The best solution would be to fit a hydraulic tensioner, see, below.
