I am interested to know if you guys always wear your helmet.

I know that that I always do and if I forget. I got back to get it because I don't feel like being road kill.

I always wear one of two helmets I keep. I have a matching set of HJC's Openface with Sena smh10 for taking my daughter or wife out on rides, slow and easy. When commuting or riding long distance I use a Shark Evoline with sharktooth.

Helmet is a very important protective gear and if you own a scooter, second you have to buy is a helmet. It is also important to choose a reputable brand that provides the best quality. I heard some buy and use helmet not because to protect them, but to make them appear more handsome. Design can be a major factor also in choosing the helmet, but that occupies the latter part of the decision making. The first thing to consider is how the helmet can fully protect you from uneventful happenings. There are excellent brands out there and if you will read reviews and ask around, there will be definitely one that fits your criteria and budget.

I always wear my helmet even if its just a short distance. You may never know when accidents strike. Being safe makes you more secure if you do value your life. I always have this in mind since I bought a scooter, your other leg is already buried in the grave unless you take safety measures.

I Always wear a full face lid Always. As convenient as a half face helmet might be, I would not consider wearing one unless I was riding in a very very rural area. I use a Schuberth C3 for the best of both, safety and convenience for chatting with friends at lights or whatnots.

I do too. I have the BMW Airflow II open face helmet that I purchased just because I bought the C650GT but I find myself wearing my full face Schuberth S1 pro at all times because of the wind and noise protection. This is not some lame scooter with 50Kph top speed so we need the same gear as the sport bikes, especially in the windy roads when they have a hard time keeping up with our superb handling BMW scooters!! ;)
I have ordered the Schuberth C3 pro helmet to replace my S1 Pro. I can't wait for it to arrive. Right now it is sitting in custom and I am waiting for it's release!

I use the Shark Evoline with the Sharttooth bluetooth installed. when I go to the highway I make it full face and open it back to 3/4 after I get on smaller streets. the bluetooth is a little raspy on phone calls but the music and navigation sound great, even with earplugs in.

I always wear a helmet because if I knew exactly when I was going to have an accident I'd probably not go on that ride.

I've got a very light carbon fiber half helmet for in town rides and a Shoie full face for highway use.

Since this software apparently won't let me post single word answers, I'll preface it with this statement.

Always.

I'm sorry to say, I'm not as practical as the rest of you.
I could come up with more than a few excuses I suppose but what's the point.
I wear my helmet when it's cold, when I'm going on the freeway (noise suppression) or when I want to use my communication system. Otherwise, I just ware my shades.
I've wrecked twice. Once I did a fine wheelie and held it too long (went through a small fence and bent my toe back to meet my ankle). Another time I swept the rear end of my KLR around, high sided and cracked a rib. Neither time did my helmet "protect" me.
Harley riders rarely wear a helmet and yet most of the motorcycle accidents I hear about on the news are sport bike riders that think they are actually riding their machines on a race track (no, stupid, it's a city street)!
Most of us grew up in a time when cars didn't have seat belts - how did we EVER survive!
Sure, you can throw statistics at me but... I think most riders that have graduated to scooters have a sixth sence.

Or, you could just call me as "smart" as our president (oops, that's for a different web site).

Most accidents I'm aware of involve Harley's and alcohol .

Yes, to the helmet (93% of the time...statistically speaking;)) and NO to the alcohol. Or to be more precise, I will not get on my bike if I even have one beer (yeah, I know the joke...no beer but 3 absoluts is OK). Of course, that eliminates a lot of riding days  but I do not ride and drink. In fact, when riding at night I am extra cautious of the happy hour drivers.

Gang...helmet or no helmet, getting on that machine with booze on the brain is a recipe for some serious unhappiness.
