Okay, so here's my user review. It was a sunny, blue sky, no clouds, no wind, dry tarmac day in the 50'sF. So I took off from Susanville to Truckee via 395, 70, 49, & then 89. My first 50 minutes were heading East with the sun at about 11:00. I don't wear glasses and I don't ride with sunglasses. I have a new Shoei Neotec helmet and I usually ride with the inside sunshade deployed. The Helmet Sunblocker is applied to the upper inside of the clear faceshield. With the Sunblocker applied, you are not looking directly through it as you ride. It is positioned above your direct line of sight. So while I was riding, I could move the faceshield both up and down, to see the effect of riding with the Sunblocker and without and also with the inside susnshade. My experience was that with the Sunblocker deployed, there was less squinting while riding in the sun. To me, it was a subtle, yet beneficial effect. I describe it as if one looks at the upper edge of the windshield in your four wheeled conveyance. Most of these windshields have tinting that goes darker from the top edge of the windshield to the upper mid point so that the driver is not looking directly through that upper tinting. However, glare is reduced. So, this item will stay on my faceshield.
