How to wire up the OEM GPS can-bus connection?

I have a Garmin Zumo 665 GPS. Two wires, black is ground, red is power....I have the three yellow wired plug from BMW. I connected my GPS Hotwire to Hotwire on the BMW plug. I connected my ground to the one ground on the BMW plug and capped off the other yellow BMW ground. GPS comes on in twenty seconds. Test road scooter. Won’t shut off unless I shut it off on the Garmin. When turning back on now, I have no power to the GPS. Checked fuses and all are good. Don’t want to wire it up to the auxiliary plug. Help?

I have found the answer to my wiring problem. I used number one and number two yellow wires instead of one and three. When I connected to three, everything works. Hope this helps anyone who is having a similar problem.
