Okay I'll bite. A looonnng time ago I was trying to get my .mac email address. Seemed like everything I liked was taken. I was sitting there and looked at a monitor switcher I had in front of me and it said "Two Port".
Well, that wasn't taken, so it became [email protected] After that it just became easy to use twoport for everything because its never "taken" by other user names, etc. Probably once a year someone asks what it means I get to tell the pedestrian story.

Good looking car. But what I never understand is why show cars are shown with their hoods up. I would rather look at a car with the hood down and have a different class for pretty engines. BTW does your car hop off the ground, or blow the windows out with the sound system? It's important to know what kind of show car it is!

Oh, I noticed there is no mirror under your car, are you hiding something?

I hope you have a sense of humor.

Doraemon

Doraemon is an Anime from Japan, one of the oldest. It seems a great great grandson of a man wanted a better life. he couldn't send a top of the line robot back in time to help. he could only afford a second hand semi broken cat robot "Doraemon" Doraemon has a pocket he can pull useful objects from the future with. He always can pull something out to save the day. I always save the day....but I'm no superman, I'm a broken down cat robot, that had his ears chewed off by mice.

the word Doraemon is actually two words (dora neko means "brazen" or can mean "stray cat") and Emon is an attachment to mean man. so Brazen man or stray man.

I've had my name a long time. I started using it in high school back in the AOL / CompuServe / Commodore 64 days. It pokes fun at ebonics and being overly educated.

Ha...A great thread Mr. Y. Some of us (yeah, I mean you Jaime) use our real names. Is that lack of creativity or just old age? Don't know. But, yeah, it is really interesting to find out why some names are used. Kind of like personalized license plates.

Xian is short for Christian. I have always liked my given name but on forums there is a very clear religious connotation that doesn't speak to my freewheeling personality.

I'll jump in. Nothing too original. My initials are DA and ride a scooter. Mash them together and get dascooter.

I adopted a couple of greyhound's a few years back, still have one. greyhound is often taken but never with the (.) in between, so it's grey.hound

Om my first scooter, an Aprilia Mojito150, I wanted a personalised plate, just for fun. To incorporate my last name "Torr" and refer to the scooter I came up with Skutorr. Boring, I know. Even MORE boring is the plate on my current ride "TMAX500". Though, when my brother and I ride, and we park side by side, the plates are "TMAX500" and "TMAX530". That's pretty cool!

hahaha, love it. sorry, this car did'nt fall into the modded catergory. i tried to keep everything as standard as possible but make it cleaner and nicer than new. it won many trophy's for concourse.

OK, I'll play: Stonebrook is just the literal translation of my last name, Steinbach. It easy to remember and almost always available.
