I always have this inside my Emergency Kit.
Cable Ties
A Flashlight
Open-ended Wrenches
Screwdrivers, Regular and Phillips
Needle-nose Pliers and Regular Pliers
Spark Plug Socket and Wrench
Spare Motorcycle Spark Plugs
Spare Fuses
Electrical Tape and a few feet of Electrical Wire

I also have a first aid kit which includes:
Adhesive Bandages
Gauze
Adhesive Tape
Small Scissors
Alcohol Wipes
Rubber Gloves
Tweezers
Pain Relievers
A small bottle of water - which I always drink and forget to replace
Trail Mix or and Energy Bar - which I always consume too!

So, guys what do you have on your emergency kits, maybe I dont have it and may consider getting one.

I only carry the road side assistance card from BMW, my CAA card, tire repair kit, original tools that came with the bike and first aid kit.

What about a Robertson screwdriver?
The first thing I added to my BMW first aid kit (I won at a rally as a door prize) was a pair of rubber gloves (they should be included).

MoTow membership why? will AAA not pick you up?

Screwdrivers, Regular and Phillips

I don't belong to AAA, but I do belong to the AMA (MoTow is part of AMA membership). BUT for the next couple of years I still have BMW's Roadside Assistance.

A portable battery boost and cables, Motul tire repair, Torx wrenches (I think T25, that one wrench is able to unfasten most of the body bolts on this scoot, and a T50 to remove the tire bolts)

So far no one has mentioned a solution to the number one cause of a roadside breakdown. Have no fear, though... I always carry a gas siphon on long trips.

Have there been issues with the starter button switch? Never heard of that being included.

Or is that like the Staples "Easy" button??

I've heard from my dealer that the BMWs with that rocker-style "Start/Kill" switch have had problems. Knock wood, I haven't experienced any (yet).
