thanks bob66 I think from your parts list, the plaque can come off, but not sure how. It is hollow and you can get a finger behnnd but did't want to pull too hard.

I am not certain about this, but I think that if you can't see the option for 30A charging it means your bike is not fitted with the high power charger.
