650GT scooter oil change

Hi Gaza here with a question around changing the oil on a 650GT. There is a drain plug ( 8mm Allen key) near the filter (about 200mm towards the rear of the bike. There is also an identical 8mm plug further towards the rear directly above the center stand. Is this plus part of the mail oil tank system?
