    Fuel tank cover

When opened the fuel cap cover interfered with the trunk lid on the early models. Only happened to knuckleheads, though. Here's what I did with mine. ;)

    What's The Deal?

I've been thinking about adding one. Good to know about the 750 vs the 700. Interesting alternative - or addition - to a touring scooter.

    What's The Deal?

Hey Skutorr, Didn't your brother by a NC700 DCT? If so, how does he like it? Steve

BMW should look at thier Competition!

No doubt you guys know it's always best to leverage your dealer....or learn to speak German:D

    Howdy from Texas!

The Piaggio BV...one of the great mid-size PTWers. No doubt it was tough to give up, but my guess is that you'll find the Beemer C to be a great addition to your garage. Classic Vespa and new age BMW. You are one lucky individual.

Anyone else happy with their BMW C Sport?

Hey Thom, Here's a thread from a few years ago before all the new fancy pants BMW upgrades and adjustments to the latest versions..... Steve https://www.bmw-scooters.com/forum/threads/862-Thank-You-BMW

Go Cruise Speed Control for your BMW 650 Touring

Yup, plus it becomes intuitive after a little bit of use. I did have something similar to the Go Cruise on another bike and found it worked pretty great, too. Personal preference, I guess. For me that's always factory cruise control even with the extra cost. Maybe someday on the super C bikes.

    BMW 650 Sport Decal Removal

That's what I did on another bike plus "warmed" it with a hair dryer being careful not to overheat the area. Of course, what is tacky to one guy may be the opposite to another.

Taking Your BMW C650 to a New Level “Of Sound” - Mike Mas

Super excellent, Mike! I wonder how many parts I would have left over if I tried that?!? :D. But it sure sounds like it's worth the effort.

    Dead again.

Yeah man, that's pretty lousy luck. I had a minor accident at the end of 2015 (no other vehicles involved) that necessitated a couple knee operations and put my hip replacement off for a year. One of my bikes has a sidecar so I could sneak out on that thing without getting into too much trouble...

How many of you ride both your scooter and a motorcycle?

I switched off between a CGT a Harley Road King, and a KLR 650. 3 different weights, seat heights, and COGs. I didn't have a problem.

    TPMS slow to read

A lot of the TPMSs should probably be looked at as "directional" in nature. I've had more bikes without them than with them, but prefer those with.

New to the brand, old to the scoot.

A number of years ago when I had my Harley Road King I wanted something lighter for around town so I added a Kymco 300GTI. Lightweight scooters are a lot of fun. I would tell other HOG members to think about adding one to their garage. Of course, the C series is a few steps above the lighter...

    Big sister in the house!

No question the CGT and RT are different and both have their advantages. I have usually been a multi-bike owner while always trying(?) to get down to that "one" bike. If it were me, I'd ditch the bike I don't ride very often, but that takes some time. Motorcycles are fun and can take you...

C600 6000 miles and 4 years; likes and dislikes

I guess I'll weigh in here. I am not a current owner of a BMW scooter; haven't been for a few years. Currently own a Triumph Explorer and a Ural Mir (sidecar). I really like both bikes, but if I could only own one bike the CGT would be near the top of the list (nothing against the C, just never...

    6’3”

Hey Carl, So you've had a few chances to take your bike out on the road. What do you think?

    Dropped my 650GT today.

Maybe it was technique ... Or, maybe it was adrenaline. The key probably is to, #1 Know that nearly all of us have dropped a bike or two and if you ride in dirt/sand you've been down a bunch of times, #2 There ain't no shame in it. Happens to pros, too, and #3 Your bike may be a very important...

    Commuting In Full-On Rain?
