Very creative. I like the idea. Just rotate it back to lift the seat, and then forward again for a back rest. The concept should also work to increase the back rest height on a GT too.

Don, You may find that the sound of the stock muffler isn't much different than what you already have. I replaced my stock muffler with a straight through Aprakravic muffler and didn't notice much sound difference. If you care to read more I started a thread on it and this should be the link...

Mine says 6 kg or 13 lbs. However the mount seems very solid therefore I'm sure that weight limit is very conservative. But it is an aftermarket GIVI rack not an OEM rack.
