    C400GT 2023. PROBLEM WITH NAVIGATION

    Don't know. Guessing so.

    Idle rpm

Gulf Coast BMW here in SW Florida also has an excellent reputation. Same techs today as were there 15 years ago. The owner lives here in my subdivision and is supposed to be an incredibly principled person.

    Cleaning the CVT

I am second generation Polish (Warsaw). We are genetically programmed to do our own work and be frugal!

I had no idea. New to scoots for the most part. Thanks!

    C400GT 2023. PROBLEM WITH NAVIGATION

This is going to be helpful to quite a few owners. Can the moderator move it to the C400GT so it is more likely to be found please?

    Idle rpm

I’m now curious how the system decides to upgrade the software or not.

How do we clean a CVT?

    Idle rpm

That makes total sense and answers a question that has been floating around this forum. Thank you!

Pleasure. I hope it works out.

    Torque wrenches

Me either. Frame, forks & suspension, wheels, spokes, hubs, and spark plugs as of late. I have a DCT bike, I've owned three; I do use the torque wrench on the DCT filter cover as so many owners have snapped the bolt. I don't use it on the oil filter but it's not a bad idea to do so, probably...

    Anti-theft alarm

Hi. Go over to the Facebook forum and reach out to a guy who goes by Phad Motorrad. I bet he can do it for you for a lot less than £500.00. He remotes into your bike.

    Idle rpm

Glad to hear the software upgrade is working better for you! There was another owner here that let us know there are different software updates, at least one for the display and another for the ECU. I think the ECU update is the one that was causing the problems with rough idle/overall...

    Idle rpm

Interesting. I am not being backhanded here....I actually believed they could not service the bike under warranty without applying a manufacturer's software update. Now that I am thinking about it, I have no idea why I believed that all these years. Another reason that I like these forums...

    Torque wrenches

I’ve had great luck with this brand. The pound/newton meter indicators are small but clear. Other than that, it is awesome. https://a.co/d/eTdlBZp

    Thinking Of Buying A 650

Welcome back. I'm here in SW Florida year-round. Though it's hot in the summer (I like riding in the heat), at least most of the tourists are gone. Good time to get used to the roads and routes. I'm seriously thinking about the 650 also. That one @Delray posted looks pretty nice.

a matter of aesthetics and the proportion of a tall driver and engine

I need to go sit on a 650. I'm an inch shorter than you and in my mind's eye the 650 has more legroom. Appreciate you pointing this out.

    Volume control issue.

I think it is the quietest helmet I've ever had; maybe the most comfortable, and certainly the most versatile. I rode with Arai helmets, which are known for being quiet, up until now. This C5 is substantially quieter than the Arai. However, it is also quite a bit heavier. 100% a keeper helmet.

    Volume control issue.

Don't quote me on this, but i think if you connect the phone and the helmet to the bike, while disconnecting your phone from the helmet, you'll be able to use the controller on the handlebar. I ordered my C5 and SC2 from Europe and got it for less than the cost of the helmet in the US. I used...

    60kmh front wheel wobbling

Yup. Since this post first started many times, and zero wobble. I did it on my NC too and zero wobble. Just differing opinions on this is all. Frequently observed and performing as designed are two different things. Glad riding weather is back with you Bill!
