thanks bob66 I think from your parts list, the plaque can come off, but not sure how. It is hollow and you can get a finger behnnd but did't want to pull too hard.

I am not certain about this, but I think that if you can't see the option for 30A charging it means your bike is not fitted with the high power charger. The schedule slipped 2 months this month so I gave up. Luckily they had the demonstrator on sale which is fully loaded (apart from windshield) at quite a reasonable price. So I bought that. Very pleased with it.
