    Dr Pulley Clutch Tuning

To resolve this issue you have to put SP1532407095-BL 6.5Kg as clutch springs. Keep the YL-11Kg as pillow springs.

    end of J. Costa

Yes, I find 43g SR rollers feeling better for me than the 42g SR rollers. The gearing ratio changes faster so I go faster in the mountains. Torque is sufficient with either, but I do not want to "wait for engine screaming" before the ratio changes to increase the speed as well. It feels I do...

    Dr. Pulley Clutch Life

I have had about 60000 km on mine now and the pads are fine, hardly any wear. Also no issues on the bell. The issues were mostly spring tuning, and one more thing... With springs, they ship with Yellow 11Kg pillow springs, those are fine. However, the clutch springs are too tight (I think they...

Could it have been the final drive chain being loose?

Kymco 575 i Premium Review By Scooteria Today

Hint - try riding with your feet on the passenger pegs. Works a treat over bumpy roads, on T-Max, C650 Sport and especially on SRV850 (most leg space)

    Highest Km's on c600

Been riding on Michelin Power Shift lately and they are simply incredible, even better than Road 4. At first I was skeptical seeing how large the slots in the protector are, but once the front was also replaced, suddenly the bike is like glued, even to wet asphalt. Simply incredible.

    Highest Km's on c600

90000 kms soon - but on C650 Sport not C600. Issues are mainly with the clutch (The original was slipping from 26K kms so I have switched to Dr. Pulley HiT clutch; had to re-tune it many times to work out what springs work best). If this bike had T-Max like wet clutch it would be priceless (to...

    Gear noise?

Looks like root bearing gone bad on either input or output shaft, there is also an oiling system that should be checked (perhaps it was compromised) - I think it is on the primary, with a duct going into the shaft center.

LED is the issue, put halogen H7 back.

    Clutch Question

What year is your model? On 2016+ models the clutch can misbehave from around 25000km. Some have replaced it several times to no good results. My gut feeling is that BMW have changed the clutch bell to a newer cheaper metal and made the clutch pads softer to compensate so the bell does not wear...

    malossi white spring

Up this topic. Anybody used that one? In their doco online, Malossi claims the lighter white "T" (touring) springs engage at 2500 rpm but they do not say if it is initial touch or full lock-in. I have asked their support online, silence. The stock clutch engages at 860 rpm if we are to believe...

    C650 sport performance test

If you can lock the variator, why can't you lock the clutch too? And again, you don't want maximum performance all the time, this gets too boring and too noisy - 7000 rpm from 20kmh to 120kmh like the silly Malossi MHR2000 and the like. To be fun, there needs to be a "bump of power" ahead on...

    C650 sport performance test

Thanks for the update. "The higher RPM AND the higher transmission ratio" will bring better results. The thing is that with lighter rollers you do not get higher transmission ratio. Otherwise that would be a silly game, to get closer to 0 grams ;)

    C650GT suspensions compared to C400GT

I have ridden both; the C650 GT stock suspension is way better than C400. C650 is a way better vehicle for longer rides, or in inclement weather.

    C650 sport performance test

Key word is "some" backpressure. Try that without an exhaust or with my "completely shot open" GPR and you will see it is needed.
