    Greetings from NorthEastern California!!

yeah you might not need a windshield on a GT, I am 5'8" also on a Sport and put a Givi on as I prefer a big windscreen. I have side cases rather then bags as I carry equipment that I think is better protected by a box. I have used soft luggage in the past, and find I prefer working out of hard...

    "Wind Deflectors?"

If you ride through the underbrush, you might like to protect your hands, for street riding, I have never felt the need. How well will they protect your bike in a crash? How bad is the crash? I would spend my money other places first.

    Greetings from NorthEastern California!!

I would add a top box and taller windshield for starts. Then, GPS, radio, outlets for heated gear, and sidebags/cases as needed.

California Highway 1; Pacific Coast Highway

It's like a trip to the grocery store only longer. Just bring your tooth brush and a charge card for the hotel. I think most of the guys here would do 100 miles for a short ride. Just do it, and you will learn what you need to do different next time. If we told you exactly what to do, it...

    Bmw c600 sport questions

If you only have 600 miles on it, it needs to break in some, to up your mileage. What kind of gas are you using, octane? The rough idle might be caused by poor quality fuel. Put some StarTron or Sea Foam in it. Of course you might get more vibes with a wheel off the ground, on the center stand...

    Rally for us.

I discovered it was Scottish day at Fort Ticonderoga on Saturday and decided I needed to go. It wasn't a big event there, but, there was enough bag pipe music to please me. and I learned about the Scottish Regiments that fought at the fort. There is also a new museum addition to the fort, in...

    Rally for us.

I don't know why, a ferry ride always adds something to a trip.

    Rally for us.

On my way to Fort Ticonderoga, this notcher was waiting for the ferry when I got there. A Vermont Tmax, and ridden by a retired guy who was doing his ride around Lake Champlain.

    Rally for us.

Near B & J's is one of the tightest hairpin turns in new England, up in Smugglers Notch. We will go through, the only question is ice cream before or after?

    Rally for us.

I was in Vermont last weekend, and it seemed like the Laconia Rally spilled over into the Green Mountains. I stayed in Killington and there were people staying there for the NH rally. There were a couple of guys from the Canadian side of Niagara Falls in the next room. Anyway, I was scouting...
