Everyone is different and has different wants, needs and abilities. My biggest warning about the C650 is the size and weight. Mine is larger than my 1200GS and just about as heavy. My biggest complaint is it sounds like a tractor. It's a ton of fun to ride, though.

My GT is bigger, and heavier than my GS...

I have the same issue. I was watching some Reels on Instagram, and came across a video of someone making a similar fix to a car panel using baking soda, super glue and some clay for a mold. I'll see if I can find it.

If you contact a dealer, they can check the dealer network for you. Of course you'll pay full price in most cases, but if you really need something it might be worth a look. Otherwise, a good body shop can fix scratches in plastic and paint, but that's not cheap either.

Did you buy the belt from the company in Italy that you linked? What about the rollers?

I hadn't noticed that until I enlarged the picture. I also checked the OM, and the check engine light is illuminated when the engine is in "emergency operating mode." That can't be good. I asked the seller via ebay messaging to post or provide a video of the instrument cluster during power on...

You're welcome. I guess that might explain the bargain Buy it Now price. It might be nothing, it might be major. I agree with you: I would not be adventurous enough to find out. It is a nice-looking bike, though. It still might be fun to ask him for a video of the power up.

I don't think it is. When I power my scooter on, all the lights come on briefly, then only the flashing ABS light remains on. That goes away when you start moving. I would ask the seller to send a short video of power up and see what it does.

Even the Buy it Now price of $4400 is a steal. I bought my 2013 a year ago with 4500 miles and paid a lot more than that.

My guess is that they charge their phone while it's in a front jacket pocket.

This is from a local craigslist ad for a GT. It's a USB port installed on the underside of the steering assembly. I don't know what the other port is...

I really wanted the full-sized Soundbomb. Maybe I'll try one of those on my GS. In the meantime, I ordered a Mini for the GT. Thanks.
