    Yes, Very easy. Staple gun and knife required. I removed 50mm of foam from mine, lowered seat about 30/40mm. Kept heating. Looks identical but seat squishes down more. Was easier to simply pick at the foam with a blade. The removed foam!

    Oil light. Common. Simply add a small amount of oil and fixed.
