2023 C400GT Re-flashing

Hello,
Can someone please let me know who can reflash so it can have more power?
I heard that it can be done remotely
Thank you.
The only outfit or person that I've read anything about along the lines of remapping a C 400 is Phad Motorrad. See, in general, www.youtube.com/@phadmotorrad/videos, and, in particular, this video from three years ago (I set YouTube's Auto-Translate to English):

From what I've been able to gather, Phad Motorrad is an independent shop in Thailand that specializes in BMW cars and bikes.

Some notes:

1) Phad helped me tremendously, over the course of about a year, in my quest to have internal TPMS sensors installed in my '23 C 400 GT. This was in terms of what particular parts were needed, what parts were NOT needed, and whether it could be done at all; that was all information that was sorely lacking in my communication with BMW in Germany, North America, and my local dealer's service and parts departments. If you're interested in seeing some of his messages to me, you can jump in the middle of a very long TPMS thread, at this particular point: www.bmw-scooters.com/threads/2025-tpms.3557/post-30324

2) It's also my understanding from our conversations on this topic that he does remote programming, for a fee, of course. I didn't use this type of service, but I gather that you need to somehow hook up a computer to the bike, and then somehow let him access that.

3) I don't know of an email address for Phad, as all of our conversations took place using WhatsApp, per his initial instruction to me, with my using +66 84 668 3699 via WhatsApp to contact him.

Some caveats for you to consider:

4) As I mentioned, that video is three years old. I don't know the details of that work, and whether or not it is applicable to your '23 C 400 GT (although I am guessing that the X and GT of any given model year use the same software).

5) I'm fairly certain that this will void your warranty -- I'm assuming that you haven't exceeded its 36,000-mile limit yet -- in the event that you develop an engine-related issue. (This is certainly not something that I'd be willing to do, as I already had a '22 C 400 GT replaced, under warranty, with a '23 C 400 GT; see www.bmw-scooters.com/threads/bmw-swapped-out-my-used-22-c-400-gt-for-a-brand-new-23-c-400-gt-free-part-i-of-ii.2932/ .)

For instance, my local dealer, Max BMW, has the following boilerplate included in all its invoices for the last few years:

Max boilerplate warning.webp

========================

As this appears to be your first post, welcome to the forum.

And if you decide to go through with this, and actually accomplish something, I'm sure that others here would like to read about your adventure.

@ISNOLO (et al.):

You may be interested in a new short video that went up on Phad's site yesterday or today:

Seems cheap and worthwhile. As I've mentioned, I wouldn't mind having this done, but -- speaking as someone who's already had one C 400 GT replaced under warranty because of an engine problem -- I don't want to risk voiding my current (and future extended) warranty.
