I have a 2023 C400Gt with 5000kms on it. Recently I noticed the motor is stuttering at low rpm while moving from a stop, it goes away once the RPM go above 3000, it does this weird stutter between 2400 and 3000 rpm.
air filter is clean, sounds like a knocking engine at that stutter or perhaps its misfiring. Anyone had these issue? am new to bmw scooter.

EDIT: Update

Scooter is at the dealership for repair, will post the findings. I suspect its the CVT belt slipping.

Update: Software updated by the dealer, new idle rpm is 1600/1700 ( was 1400/1500)
The stutter is gone, rides smooth as it was. No concerns at this time.
Glad to hear it was resolved. I had the software update also and it did improve the low speed idle. I wonder why the dealer doesn’t check for software updates before the bikes leave with us. At least it seems that they are not updating software during the PDI.

I noticed every time it goes to dealership there is a software update, I think BMW is constantly releasing updates. After taking delivery I have had 2 software updates on mine. On my S1000RR i have had software update every service
