Anyone have any other options or experiences for the MY 2025 other than the Wunderlich or the CalSci? I'm leaning towards the Wunderlich based on aesthetic and brand reputation. I'm looking for a touring screen that can also be used for around town. Thanks!

Does it reduce buffeting and/or back pressure from the stock screen? I feel my helmet being pushed forward with the stock screen in the high position. Also, I can feel a bit of wind pressure on my shoulders. Thanks!

I own a '23 C 400 GT, with a Wunderlich Marathon screen mounted. As I mentioned in this other post about C 400 windscreens for the '25 models -- https://www.bmw-scooters.com/threads/2025-windshield.3508/post-30649 -- I like the Marathon.

The Marathon for the '25 model -- https://www.wunderlichamerica.com/wunderlich-bmw-c400-gt-marathon-windscreen.html -- looks to me to be the same shape as the pre-'25 version -- https://www.wunderlichamerica.com/b...hon-windscreen-clear-tinted-solid-tinted.html. So, to me, that's a good sign.

I'm 5'8", 29" inseam, and I don't experience significant buffeting. If there is any, I've gotten used to it, to the extent that not only doesn't it bother me, but I don't even think about it. If you're taller or have a longer torso, I think it might be an issue. Oh, and as I said in that other post, I'm a look-over, not a look-through, rider.

One curious thing, regarding the versions of the Marathon. The PRE-'25 Marathon in Clear is offered with an optional vent. And that's what I have on mine:

OTOH, the PRE-'25 in Tint, as well as both the Clear and Tint for the '25 model, do NOT offer this vent. I suspect that the pre-'25 and '25 Tint versions do not offer the vent because the vent is all clear plastic. I don't know why the Clear '25 version doesn't offer a vent, unless it's because that big piece of plastic -- the thing that enables the new adjustment capability on the '25s -- encroaches upon the area that the vent would go through.

I mention this because if back-pressure is an issue, an open vent usually takes care of that issue. I had two Burgman 650s, and on both of them I replaced the stock windscreen with Clearview screens, with vents. (In fact, I think the same company supplies these rectangular vents to both Clearview and Wunderlich.)

So, if any of you '25 owners are thinking about a vent's ability to reduce or eliminate back-pressure, Wunderlich is not your solution (and probably no other vendor of '25 compatible windscreens can offer that, either). The good news, at least for me, at my height, etc., is that I don't experience back-pressure -- at least, not so I've noticed -- even with the vent closed on my pre-'25 Marathon.

I think you all will just have to experiment personally with Wunderlich, CalSci, and any other vendor who makes windscreens for the '25. Given unique body sizes and shapes, seating and leaning positioning, and so forth, what works for one individual may not work for another. And given how much you've spent on the bike itself, I don't think a couple hundred extra, even times two or three, for windscreen testing will break the bank. That's the sort of thing I did -- purchasing multiple products -- when I owned a Victory bagger.

Good luck.
