Where can I find the correct color designation for a 2019 C650GT Scooter? I tried to have a paint store scan the fairing without success.

A couple of suggestions for you:

2) There are some free sites that give you information about your bike, based on your VIN.

Entering the VIN (for my '23 C 400 GT) at either of these sites, I wanted to determine my bike's build date (which I wanted to know, regarding installing a TPMS), they both also correctly identified my bike's color:

https://www.mdecoder.com/ (which said my bike's color was "kallisto-grau metallic")

Thanks. I found the basic name as Ocean Blue Metallic Matte. I'll check the sites you suggested
