Hello team.
I have a 2013 C600 with the following setup. Malossi multivar 22gr, white spring, on the clutch yellow, akrapovič exhaust, malossi pipes and malossi filter. The belt remained serial.
At first, I had an acceleration of less than 5 sec, after driving about 200km, my acceleration dropped to 5.8. Do you agree that it could be down to the belt? Would the malossi k-x fix the acceleration situation?
Has anyone driven with 20 gr, what are the results? I'm most interested in acceleration. If it's positive with 20 gr I'd order with a belt

I doubt it's the belt.
I'm no expert on tuning by a long shot (I feel the stock setup is more than fine) but having replaced my C650 belt after 30K kilometers, I found it had not worn hardly at all, I think it would have been fine for another 30K kilometers and for that reason I did not throw it away.

I ordered malossi belt and rollers 20gr, so I'll see how it will be when I install it. Some drive a combination of 20 and 22 and it turned out well. Malossi vario should work better with a malossi belt.

Take a good look at the clutch performance. It is often a culprit. Using tougher springs that stock in the OEM clutch is a bad idea, might cause slippage. Using Dr.Pulley’s clutch may wear the clutch bell sooner.

I didn't notice any clutch slippage. I even thought about putting red springs in the clutch so it would catch later, but that could lead to the problem you mentioned.

How useful is it to do an ecu remap since the scooter has a Malossi exhaust manifold and filter? Has anyone done it that can write something positive?

There was a french company who claim to have the tunes, I have not done this yet.
There may be some small win but in my experience a well-working clutch that engages early gives more of a pep and I was happy.
All I know is GPR exhaust without baffle was not good for performance as it removed backpressure. And it was too loud, I am back to stock.

What's your setup like and how long does it take from 0-100? I have a tuning company nearby, they also have rollers so they do each engine individually.

I do not have a Draggy, but it feels like around 5 seconds.
I have just gone back to stock exhaust and this improved performance, perhaps for the backpressure.
I have BMC filter and Dr.Pulley’s clutch, rollers are stock weight 43g but not round - Dr.Pulley’s SR series.
Oh the suspension is reworked too, this was one big culprit to usability.
