Hello everyone, Ron here in North East Michigan, lower peninsula, US. I have a 2018 C-Evolution delivered here in late March 2019. I‘ve had about 1200 miles of enjoyable riding (1900km), largely rural at 80% 100 kph. Late August I turned the key in the morning and nothing but basic electric (lights, horn). It took me several months to ship my scooter 240 miles (380 km) to a BMW dealer for service.
It seems I need to replace my “Control Unit For Drivetrain Electronics” at ~$12,000 (11.551 EUR).
This is price so high as to scrap my scooter and buy a used one!
How often does this assembly fail?
Has any one in this forum had this experience and/or maybe suggestions?

Regards, Ron R

Hello Ron maybe if you check on the CE04 page on Facebook there are people who have both the evolution and the ce04 maybe they can help you.
I know that in France they sold a lot of them or see for a Facebook page on the Evolution. Sorry for your trouble, I know that on my CE04 to replace the inboard charger unit it's 5000.$ CAD, crazy I hope it doesn't arrive to me.
