Drive belt

Hi, anyone changed the drive belt ?
I think changing after 20000 km is recommended.
There are some Vids on the net that shows different belts
Some times they used Gates Powerlink 27 x 1004 and some used Gates 27 x 1031.
Which is correct ? Has someone bought different belt from china?
Where did you get yours?

Hi, mine will have 15,000Km now and I'm just planning to clean the CVT housing again. I want to blow it out with high pressure air, maybe today. I've already looked into a belt and new rollers. The belt will be Japanese Mitsuboshi (30x1016 cm), but the rollers will be BMW OEM. But I'll wait until 20,000Km, then I'll replace them. They'll definitely last that long. And then I'll change the spark plugs, valve adjustment, and even the telescopic fork oil. That's the plan :)

Let us know how the valve adjustment goes. I've done an adjustment on a Vespa but not on my C400. It's due on my next service and I plan to do it and same some money.
 
I won't be doing the valve adjustment, I have a mechanic I know who also repairs scooters and he will adjust it and change the spark plug. But that will be after 5000Km. But I will explain that too.
 
If you change the belt let us now what kind of belt is used in your C400. I had a 27x1031 installed and tried the Mitsuboshi 30 x 1016 to test it.
But it was a terrible noise after i installed it.The belt slapped around so hard i had to change it back to the old one.

I saw now you got the 27x1004 belt. Hope the Mitsuboshi will work.
