This was at the Micro car show I went to. Notice, that's an engine out of an old Silverwing, I believe.

That sure looks like a Morgan. If it is they normally have an S & S V-twin, a Harley Davidson crate motor. Like that one in the pic of Jay Leno.

I wonder if the Morgan or something like it can be built as a kit like the Chaterham 7. Next I wonder, where did they hide the radiators. Because your totally right, those are water cooled jugs. The pic is kinda low res on my phone so I can't make out the markings.
