Sorry, Doug, I ==> still <== haven't taken the new Michelin City Grip 2 tires out for a spin yet.

Ready to roll after my surgery two months ago, but the weather has been pretty crappy. I have managed to get one regular ride in (and another one planned for Monday), on my Meteor 350, but the tires on the C 400 GT are still brand new, unscrubbed, with the bike sitting in the garage.
Oh, right, you're interested in commuting, including wet-weather handling ... which is something I may never have any useful comments on.
