Prevent bike connecting to phone when not riding?

When I've finished riding, I park my bike in the garage and switch it off. Sometimes, I'll leave it on charge, sometimes not.

Because it isn't too far in my mansion from the garage past the servants quarters to my rooms (yeah, right) the bike wants to stay connected via bluetooth so the the app can let me know it's finished charging or whatever. That's fine, but when I want to use my phone for watching a video or playing music/podcasts, it will regularly re-connect to the bike and send the audio there instead of the speaker/headphones.

Other than disabling Bluetooth entirely, is there a way to stop the bike from regaining control of my audio?

I've given up routinely connecting my iPhone 8 to my CE 04 after getting the same sporadic connection problems when trying to use my new AirPod 2 Pros in my house. I must say that I find it liberating after putting up with this unpredictable bike software and App since March 2022. No more fiddling about plugging in the phone and sorting out the connection for every single ride just to stop that damn flashing icon, you know, the one that warns that Map Mode hasn't been activated. From now on, if I need to navigate I'll just use Google maps on my phone mounted on the handlebar stem. So, why not dispense with the clunky technology and have a "Pure Ride"? That just leaves the rattly panels, repeatably faulty SOS call system, sporadic electrical propulsion failure warnings and high tyre wear to put up with. Despite all this, it's still a good bike that meets my local transport needs accepting that its utility is limited by currently-available battery technology.

Also an iPhone user. Also bored of that flashing map/wifi connection icon! Sometimes, I just want to ride (and maybe listen to a podcast and take calls). I'm guessing most people who don't report an issue either park further away, have more electronic barrier insulation in their homes or don't use bluetooth connections to an audio device for a while once they are home. Other than that, I do like the bike a lot.
