Yeah, The point is, judge each bike by its own merits, does it do what you want it to do, and more importantly, is it fun!

I'm an expert in my own mind too. Of course it's a silly thread, that's why it's fun to argue about it.

We were checking out the NM4 at the Honda pavilion by the track today (Daytona Bike Week). That thing doesn't even LOOK like a scooter. There isn't even a HINT at a step-through design, you have to mount it the way you'd mount any motorcycle. The "tank" area is way higher than the seat. It's an automatic MOTORCYCLE, not a scooter. If that thing is a scooter, then so is the NC700A. I maintain that Motorcycle.com readers are on crack.
