Wiring for spotlamps

Hi, Just purchased a bracket from Ali Express and two micro spotlamps from Bike Viz (UK). They fit under the headlights on the one central bolt.
Can anyone advise me the simplest way to wire these up. I’d be very grateful for any solutions.

I've just wired in 4 led lamps. I used a power distribution box running off the battery and triggered from fuse 4 . Very easy . Fitting the crash bars were more of a pain to fit.
