2016 Finger Lakes Rally

After what happened last year, I'm trying to decide which bike I'll take. PROBABLY the scooter again because I want to save the K1200LT for Biketoberfest in October. I'll keep my fingers crossed that this year it'll be uneventful (especially since the scooter is no longer covered by a warranty).

If you check the link, you'll note there is an Indy Car race at the track that weekend. I might like to check that out!

Justscootin, I saw your scooter but for some reason never saw you. You missed the Sunday night statistics: There were only two BMW "C" bikes registered and I guess we both know who they were. We need to get more next year!

I was not at the finger Lakes rally this year
The first 3 years they did not give the numbers for the scooter but I know the first and second year I was the only one and the third year there was 3, you me and one other

Really? There was a C650GT there, same color as yours, with Canada plates. Wonder who it was?? The weather this year was AWESOME (though it did get COLD at night). Sorry you missed it.
 
On this forum there are a couple from Ontario but as for where I am not sure. In the last 3 years and 11 months since the day of release in Canada I have only seen 2 on the road, a red one and a grey one. Both times going the opposite direction. I very rarely ride in the city as it takes me 5 minutes to get out in the country roads.
