2016 Valencia Orange C650 Sport For Sale

I’m selling my 2016 BMW C650 Sport. It only has 1,200 miles on it, and it is in pristine condition. I completed the regular service several months ago and put only a few miles on it since then. I bought it used and had great plans for it but subsequently had health issues that made it difficult for me to manipulate such a heavy scooter.

PM me if you are interested. I hate to let it just sit in the garage. Let me know what you think is a reasonable deal. I live in Carson City and would prefer local pickup but could deliver within a reasonable distance.

I looked at a white 2016 C650 Sport recently with less than 2,000 miles. The guy was asking $7,800 on Facebook and $7,200 on Cycle Trader and told me he'd take $5,500 cash. It was a little rough aesthetically, a couple scrapes and a stain from something dripping form the ceiling of his garage. Yours looks much better.

I posted mostly to help with your request to "let me know what you think is a reasonable deal." Do you have any idea of your asking price?

I am in the market for a second bike, for fun and diversity. And I am always open to a great deal, but we're on opposite ends of the continent (quality shipping = $1,000-ish) so a mutually agreeable purchase price would be hard to arrive at. I think the orange color is fetching but I like the red even more. I've had excellent results on Facebook selling a '16 BMW C650 GT, three Silver Wings and a Burgman 650. I also had the Burgman on Cycle Trader and that got very good response.

Thanks for the assist! I just now posted it on the local Craigslist. I’ve never used the FB marketplace before, but I will give it a try in the next few days based on your recommendation. The KBB suggests $7,095, and I started with an asking price of $6,250. Those amounts sound a little high to me, but I’ll see how it goes to start. Thanks again for the suggestions!

I always found KBB kind of useless with bikes. NADA is a bit more realistic. They have an average retail of $6,000 for your bike, so your $6,250 is in the ballpark.

I bought my 2016 Valencia orange in March 2018, with 1,960 miles on it, for $6,500 which at the time I thought was a great deal. I think yours should sell for no less than around $6K, it's basically a new bike.

Thanks! I’ve settled on an asking price of $5,995 and have been getting a ton of contacts. However, this is probably the worst time of year to try to sell a scooter. If it doesn’t sell within the next week or so, I’ll pull my listings and repost in the spring.

No doubt. All of a sudden, I’ve got three people who want to buy it. I’m working through the process with the first person who expressed interest. It’s good to know these bikes are in such high demand even in the dead of winter.
