2023 C400GT Delivery

Hi
Has anyone taken delivery of a new 2023 C400GT after the stop sale notice from BMW.
I've heard that the stop sale for a different emissions label is or has been completed on the bikes at the warehouse, but
wondering if anyone has been able to take delivery.

I have not. I'm told that the solution is ready, not yet applied, and is preventing them from being delivered to my dealer.
 
My dealership likes to Facebook post when a customer buys a new bike. Had one pick up his new C400 that I did not know they had received in Jan. Maybe he was able to order it because in December they had none.
 
Stop sale lifted
Bike sent to dealer
23 C400GT delivered to me and currently in my garage with 34 miles on it already.
they should bar arriving at other dealers with the stop sale lifted
I'm happy

I just got notified by a few dealers around the state that they are getting their bikes. But, I still have not heard from Hap's who has my deposit.

The last I talked to the dealer it was showing in his inventory but at the warehouse. The good news is that there is another dealer who has one they are assembling now (that is sold already) that he is going to let me see and sit on. At least I can see if it is the right size for me.
