New CE 04 Tail-lamp Assembly Anybody?

It appears few owners like the boring CE-04 taillight assembly. It's far too low and way too fragile. BMW must have quit designing the bike when they got to the rear.
Not sure if another tail light mod tread was started, but I'm looking for a new assembly so I don't have to baby-sit the bike when spectators are circling around and I have to stand by the ass-end to stop someone from snapping off a lamp. You can't hardly walk around the rear without snagging a light.

Too bad we didn't get a nice tail light assembly like the Can Am Electric or Triumph TE-1 Sweet!

You might want to do the "quick fix" to the turn signals with the zip ties.

I was thinking about adding tail/brake lights in a top box…but doesn’t seem to be that easy either when doing some research…
Ok, not that a topcase adds any cool looks to the bike, I know…

I’ve seen this mentioned a few times since finding this group, but I am out of the loop. What can be fixed how? Guidance appreciated.
