Need help installing a new Lateral Trim Panel (left side)

Does anyone know a link or any instruction how to remove and install the left side lateral trim panel on a 2023 CE 04. The lateral trim panels are the panels in the front of the scooter under the handle bars and next to the head lights. Any help would be appreciated as I have the part being delivered and would rather do myself and not pay anyone!

How'd you end up doing with this? I haven't seen any instructions, but feel like it should be workable by attacking every screw you can find with a set of torx wrenches.

I would look at installation instructions for those winter setups that cover you lower body as I’ve noticed they attach to lateral trim panels through the hole in the middle/center, and I’m assuming it’s coming out somewhere on the other side, so those instructions should show how those panels are installed/mounted on the bike.

I think wunderlich sells one of those winter riding covers.
