They're all good. And so very subjective, based on a ranking of what's important to a given rider, how it will be used, etc.
Me: the C 400 variants handle superbly, but without cruise control and TPMS I'd be hard pressed to put them at the top of that list. In the wide-open USA, unless one's riding was mostly in an urban jungle, I would have put the Yammy (if it were sold here) or the Kymco up top.

Cops in Oz use optical parallax systems, so radar detectors are useless.

I've never heard of that. Not sure why radar detectors are illegal in most of Australia if LEOs don't use radar and laser. Government wouldn't care if the devices are meaningless. Not being argumentative, I do not live there. I trained with Aussie cops at FLETC. They used to be able to confiscate and destroy detectors roadside...sticks out as we could never do that here without getting sued (not joking...confiscate yes...destroy no way...I like the Australian approach better).
