You will find some knowledgeable CE-04 owners here, to answer some questions you may have. Or, more likely, you can answer some questions that others have.

Your English is fine. What part of Italia are you from? My wife and I did an Edelweiss scooter tour of Tuscany (https://www.edelweissbike.com/en/motorbiketours/2tu-tuscany-by-scooter) two years ago, and last year my wife and daughter returned not only to Firenze but also went to Roma and Venezia (by train, walking, etc. -- no scooter riding for them).

Welcome, there are tons of scooters in Italy. Are the Honda SH150 and SH300 still the most sold?
I often use google translate to make sure I communicate properly in other languages that I don't fully master (such as French), it works well.
