Throttle issue

A couple months ago my throttle started not settling down to an idle on my 2019 c650gt. It wasn’t every time at first but quickly moved to every time. The rpm would creep up to the third bar on the display which would cause the clutch to engage enough to pull the bike into an intersection if I don’t keep a tight grip on the brakes. I got it in to the dealership at the start of February and the tech finally got down his schedule to my bike. So far he is able to replicate the problem but the system is not throwing any codes to indicate what the problem might be. Has anyone had anything similar to this happen to them?

The only thing that comes to mind are the idle air actuator hoses - two small long-ish vacuum/air hoses that can crack as they age introducing unexpected air into the system, throwing off the ECU.

I had that happen on my first 2013. But what would happen then is that it wouldn’t idle and the engine would die and I would have to restart it so I don’t know if it would cause the opposite but I will mention it to the tech. With no codes showing he’s probably going to have to start pulling tupperware anyway.
