Ignition switch replacement

I believe that I have a problem with my ignition switch, when I jiggle the key the dash goes on and off and it flickers , I replaced the ignition switch about two years ago. Is this something I can do by myself and is there is a video for it?

If the switch was already replaced recently, then it sounds like maybe it wasn't installed correctly. I've not heard others having this issue, so the switch is not prone to breaking. Maybe check the bmw repair DVD for how-to on getting at the switch..

I don’t have a dvd ? Never got one when I bought the scooter in 2020 . Is there a video somewhere ? I’ve been searching in google with no luck .

Check on Ebay for the service DVD. Many threads/posts here about this topic. Should be about $25 and will be a bootleg copy, somewhat dated but perfect for the C650/C600. BMW no longer makes them available so this is the best thing you can get these days. Also covers many (all?) Other models.
