Brake Flashing, C 400 GT:

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING:
As I describe in those first few images, if anyone removes the underseat "tub" to have access to routing wires, BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE TINY SWITCH IN THE BACK OF THE TUB!
You know that switch, the one that inidicates whether the helmet-storage flex case is up or down? Well, it's very easy to break, when removing or inserting the tub, by hitting some part of the frame back there. So be very careful, very gentle, if taking out the tub, or putting it back in.
Experience with the Skene P3 TS (Lights With Turn Signals):
I have been
extremely pleased with those lights out back. They are extremely bright, and the ability to program the flashing mode (or turn off flashing completely, for an annual inspection, for instance) using just a brake lever in various sequences is also a nice feature.
Those Skene LED modules are super bright, nicely encapsulated, and have a very wide angle -- up and down, and side to side -- of light dispersal.
I was so pleased with this unit that I bought a second one, a year and a half later, for my '23 C 400 GT!
That is, in the fall of 2023, BMW exchanged my '22 for a '23, because of an engine problem on the former. You can read about that in my thread

So I bought the exact same Skene unit again, and wired it up myself again.
Brake Flashing, Meteor 350:
If you want a simpler and cheaper solution, over the winter of '23 - '24 I bought and installed this on my '23 Meteor 350:

There are no extra lights in that purchase. Instead, it's just a flasher for the stock rear brake LED on that bike. For aesthetic reasons, and because the Meteor has a very low-output alternator (to which I've subjected some other devices for it to power), I wanted to keep things simple when adding a flasher.

Experience with the Custom Dynamics Universal Magic Strobes™ Brake Light Flasher:
I've been very pleased with this unit, too. Different patterns are easily selectable via a small switch, and I've had no problems, no issues. Of course, the brightness of the flashing is dependent on how bright a stock LED is.
Back in 2014, I added a similar unit, from a Custom Dynamic partner company at that time, to my Victory Cross Country Tour. I was also very pleased with that unit (and I put up a DIY write-up for the Victory community back then:

Skene LED Modules Up Front:
I was so pleased with the brightness, lighting angles, minimal current draw, and construction of the Skene LED modules that I added them up front, on my former C 400 GT, my current C 400 GT, and my current Meteor 350:
I don't ride at night, so I don't need any down-the-road additional lighting. What I do add on all my former and current bikes over the years is extra lighting for conspicuity, i.e., so drivers can see me.
Those Skene LEDs are its Photon
Boosters (NOT its Photon
Blasters). The Boosters are just the LED modules: no electronic controllers and no twinkling effect -- just the extremely bright LED modules.
