Bill, I think you just had bad luck with yours. I did the SaddleSour 1000 in mine and was on WOT most of the time to make 1000 miles in under 24 hours.

Please, do not feel bad, I see nothing wrong in your post. Differences of opinion are the norm. Please do not overlook the fact that each one of us have had different experiences and will have different approaches. Happy thanksgiving.

DrCohen, let us agree to disagree. If a dealer does that to my scooter, I will never take it back to them period.

DrCohen, are the dealers not supposed to be professional, competent and capable people? The story of our group member paints a totally different picture. Personally I would not have hesitated disgracing the dealer, because I would praise when and if it is due.

Wish my C400 GT had the same. It does not so I have a couple of small bungee cords in the dash.

There is no excuse and or justification for what the dealer did to Ceesie76's scooter. I do not agree that naming names here is wrong, in fact I think the opposite is beneficial.
