2016 C 650 GT windshield will not go up and down.

I had not ridden it for several months do to my hip replacement surgery. Potential buyer coming to tomorrow. Went to town to spray the dust off at the car wash. The windshield is in the down position and will not move when I press the switch. As a point of interest, I did put in a new battery...

    2016 C 650 GT Highline S. Illinois $6,749.00

I bought this last spring as I had a bad hip and wanted to continue riding even though I couldn't throw a leg over a motorcycle. Top of the line. Heated seats (rider and passanger), heated grips, Givi topcase, adjustable brake levers, never down, in excellent condition. 5,158 miles, warranty...

"Head's Up" for owners of MY 2012-2014 C650GT and C600 Sport Owners

Not paranoid. I've owned Beemers since 05. All of the above problems are well documented. I currently have 3 Beemers in the garage. I wrench my own iron so I don't have to worry about that cost. I like them, but I'm also a realist. At one time they may have been high quality. They are still...

"Head's Up" for owners of MY 2012-2014 C650GT and C600 Sport Owners

I understand completely. It is so frustrating to see companies not step up. I know, I know, that legally there is no obligation on BMW's part, but good customer service is rewarded and bad PR in cases like this can have negative results when buyers are considering what to buy. Premium product at...

    Dead again.

Sorry to hear you were hit. Bummer in many ways, including losing the rest of your riding season.

    Hyper White lights

Just got them in the mail today. Waiting for a little warmer weather to put them on. Going to mount them on the mirror stalks. They come with a switch. Will tap into the socket under the center cap. The rear Hyper-Lite brake lights I will tap into the socket for the 12 V outlet. Looks like I...

Photo of my C650GT in BMW MOA Magazine

Even on the MOA forum, scoots are treated like orphan, bastard step children. Good to see your photo!

    Added under seat power plug

A little pricy, but the other option, which isn't plug and play would require posi-taps on the wires to the OEM pigtail. I assume this is 12 V, only on when the key is switched and not a CANBUS circuit? Too bad BMW didn't use the turn signal LED's as running lights.

An alternative mounting for LED spotlights.

I'm also noodling over this. I'm wondering about these: HyperLites white running lights mounted on the mirror stalks. They are pricy, but cheaper that wheel mounted systems. I've used their brake lights on all of my previous bikes and know it is a high quality, long lasting product. THoughts?
