That is why I ALWAYS install a loud horn on every new bike!!! VW high frequency horn is loud and compatible with BMW electrical system.

I recommend installing the Laminar Lip, I had that gizmo on most of my bikes: it helps alleviate shoulders and neck discomfort. I addition to loud horn this is the first modification I do to a newly acquired bike.
