Replaced the stock 32gm with Dr. Pulley 28 gm on my 13 C650GT and made a significant difference off the line. I wouldn't go and lighter than 28 gm .

I have a 2013 C650GT and there is an open recall on the multi-function handle bar switches for replacement under warranty. $230-$250 each depending which switch. May be the trouble.
