That's not a brake issue, that's bad riding. He takes about every corner starting from the wrong starting point. Also if you need to brake, which you have to do as little as possible, do it before entering the corner. I think also he was beside the road when he crashed. I ride like the devil...

This happens on mine too. As I was visiting the dealer for some other reason I asked about it. The technician said that although the level is within the normal limits, the bike is a bit particular about it. So he added a little oil and that indeed stopped it. So it's more a sensitivity problem.
