Just a wild idea to ask...
I heard about that megascoot, and it is not available in my country Australia.
Any of you seen, tried, ridden or even heard of Kymco MyRoad 700?
Since it is same company that makes engine for C650, my guess they tried to outdo BMW in that one.
So I am very looking to impressions and ane experience there in US where it was sold.
I used to have Kymco Downtown 300i and my impressions are fully positive - better frame rigidity and suspensions than many.

I've never seen a MyRoad 700 at a dealership or on the road or at a bike show, or even recall reading any posts from any owners on the various scooter forums I participate in. Put simply: I think that scooter's extremely rare in the USA.

I do remember reading this review when it came out, as I was and am a subscriber to Rider, and they still had print editions back in those days:

So, I'm basically no help for you, regarding your original question.

OTOH, there's a guy on the Burgman forum that bought an AK 550 a year or so ago. He's an active member, does a lot of posts, and is very pleased with just about every aspect of that Kymco: handling, power, ergonomics, maintenance, etc.

I was interested in the AK 550 myself, but never could find one anywhere -- at a dealership, bike expo, etc. -- to even sit on. I even contacted Kymco for assistance in that regard, but they were no help. Then, a year or so after I started looking at that, my wife and I rented a C 400 X in Europe, and she told me that it was very comfortable, and suggested I get one when we got home in the USA, so that was that.

Yeah, seems inferior to C650. Especially after I have modded mine.
Regarding AK550, I have had a test ride once they just came out. Underwhelmed by acceleration and ergos (I'm tall). Completely unacceptable "Noodoe" dash screen that flickers with PWM and would kill my eye in an hour. I had gotten Ironmax 530 that year (2018), which was sooo much better...esp styling and dash
So to sum it up, C650 was the pinnacle of petrol maxis, with Aprilia SRV850 the only model for the top-speed highway dickheads who for some reason do not want a liter sportbike. But Aprilia is a hog (elephant) elsewhere, crude vibrations and not a lot of go at slower speeds/city. A Harley of scoots, essentially.

After a reasonably diligent web search, I'm pretty sure that the Kymco 700 scooter was last produced in 2015.
I was interested to note, though, that the 550 is offered as both a 2-wheeler and a 3-wheeler. The 3-wheeler looks nice in many respects.

Hm, three-wheeler would be fun to try on gravel roads or wet twisties. I only hope that new Noodoe got rid of PWM flicker. And whoever asked for a foot brake there?..

A foot brake makes sense, I think, if you don't have to put a foot down at stops.

Hah! In the early 1970s my wife and I had a Harley Topper scooter-- a 10 cu. in. 2-stroke with a rope pull-starter. We bought it for $50 as a second bike, used it mostly around-town for a couple of years. Even though the muffler rusted out and fell off during that time, we sold it for $50. Harleys really hold their value!😁
