Removing right rear panel

Trying to remove the right rear panel to access the wiring harness to install Admore lights. Was having trouble removing it and maybe I missed a torx bolt or something but decided to wait for better light during the day and see if anyone has any input.

Ive found 3 torx bolts behind the right side underseat carpet, I think 2 were T-20's and one was a T-10. Panel seems to move but not come off and didn't want to break anything.

Anyone know what needs to be removed and location, any tricks to this, maybe a compression fitting or something that might be holding it on?

I cannot help you. However, I almost took it all apart to look for the place to add a power port. No luck. Hope someone on the forum can help you. When you get time tell us more about the lights you are trying to add.

As for another accessory outlet, in the 2013 models there is the wiring under the seat in the back right side (throttle side) behind the back panel

All you need is the $60 BMW outlet with the connector they have tucked in there ready. The position for the hole to be drilled is marked out ready. Mine was already wired switched unlike the outlet in the front left compartment which is live all the time.

I removed mine about a year ago but don't recall more than three fasteners. I think it might slide up or back to disengage some clips on the panel (mine were already broken) but that's it.

They are center pin fasteners like the connectors for the lower panels up front (the ones under the bike). I broke one getting them off before I knew what they were.

bTW - I replaced mine with a screw and a speed clip on the body panel. Makes them easier to deal with.
