Mine sometimes stops charging after the BMW app on my phone connects to the bike when I'm close to the garage. Activating the scooter with the start button (with keys at a distance) reactivates the charging process.

The part that slides in the wall plated is screwed directly in the provided screw holles on the charger. Wall plugs weren't in the package, it does come with 8mm black screws (but I only found them after I used these rvs ones)
