    Connect sat nav to 12v battery

    Hi, I have a garmin zumo sat nav which i always connected to my ICE bikes directly to the 12 volt battery terminals. Is it safe to do this on an EV bike? Would it interfere with starting the bike or anything? I thought about getting a usb c to mini a adapter and powering it by the phone...
