Well, if I wanted step up with the same level of comfort that I feel that the C650GT provides, and I was staying with BMW, I would get the R1200RT. However, they're about twice as expensive as the C650GT. Sometimes, good deals can be found on Cycle Trader for used models. All IMHO, YMMV.

Givi success story!!! Well after all of bicyclenut's help, THANK YOU MARK, I have the system installed!! I did use the Givi SRA5106 top case mount too. It's all about 99% good. The only issue that I have is the right side mount by the muffler. My bike is a 2016, and the mufffer and cover...

Do you alll "grab and go" when you initially start the bike to take off? I tend to put my bike on the centerstand, start it up, and then let it warm up bit before I ride, IF the bike hasn't been ridden.
